Job Requirements
- College degree preferred or three years of related sales experience in golf, hospitality or service industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of social media to drive sales including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest
- Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM
- Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work with little or no direct supervision
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Develop market segments and solicit new customer relationships while maintaining existing relationships
- Sell and market to external markets including corporate events, meetings, trainings, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, and personal milestone events
- Act as an ambassador for the property, fostering relationships with individuals and corporations to maintain repeatable business
- Heighten awareness externally within the community through participation in bridal shows, golf shows and public events
- Maximize tournament revenues and increase yield through effective negotiation of tournament products and tee time utilization
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to design custom menus and coordinate event details with management
- Generate sales and marketing plans to achieve and exceed departmental revenue goals
