Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years of experience in hotel event or catering sales or completed Event Management trainee program
- excellent communication skills
- strong financial knowledge
- proficiency in technology applications
- exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work in fast-paced environments

Job Duties
- Sell banquet food, beverage, and meeting room rentals
- achieve individual revenue goals
- service events and facilitate communication before, during, and after events
- conduct business development and contract review
- manage event deposits and payment collection
- plan menus and agendas
- host hotel tours and maintain customer, community, and brand relationships
- participate and lead event and staff meetings
- collaborate with sales, events, and operations staff
