Job Requirements
- minimum of two years catering or event sales experience within a hotel, resort or similar hospitality environment
- proven track record of achieving revenue goals
- strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions
- must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- high energy and excellent customer service and sales skills
- efficiently utilize digital sales systems such as TripleSeat, Social Tables, Delphi, Opera and conceptual sales processes

Job Duties
- consistently build and maintain a strong pipeline to support and achieve established revenue goals
- drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales goals through strategic selling of Arlo Wynwood’s event spaces, culinary experiences, and fully customized meeting and social offerings
- proactively source new business through consistent outbound prospecting across corporate, social, and lifestyle segments including brands, agencies, wedding planners, event producers, and local contacts
- leverage networking opportunities and deep knowledge of the local market to uncover opportunities and position Arlo Wynwood as a go-to destination for events and gatherings
- build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through thoughtful, consistent communication and a high-touch service approach
- respond to inquiries and RFPs with tailored proposals that highlight Arlo’s unique spaces, culinary offerings, and programming potential
- ensure all opportunities are accurately entered, fully detailed, and kept up to date in TripleSeat at all times
