We are currently seeking an Event Sales Manager who is passionate about building relationships and driving event bookings to join our dynamic team. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, depending on the candidate’s availability, with an hourly wage ranging from $22 to $24, based on experience, plus commission. The Event Sales Manager will be the key point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the planning process from inquiry to booking. This hands-on role involves showcasing the estate’s offerings, leading venue tours, preparing proposals and contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure a smooth booking process and contribute to the venue’s revenue growth.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or event planning preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required

Job Duties
- Respond to and manage incoming event inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Lead venue tours and present offerings, menus, and packages with confidence
- Build strong client relationships from first contact through booking
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and event details to support closing sales
- Actively follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from booking to execution
- Track sales activity, conversions, and client communication
