Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or event planning preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Reliable and professional work ethic

Job Qualifications

Experience in sales, hospitality, or event planning preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport
Confident in presenting, negotiating, and closing sales
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously
Availability for some evenings and weekends for tours or events

Job Duties

Respond to and manage incoming event inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Lead venue tours and present offerings, menus, and packages with confidence
Build strong client relationships from first contact through booking
Prepare proposals, contracts, and event details to support closing sales
Actively follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from booking to execution
Track sales activity, conversions, and client communication
