Operating as a family-owned business, McMenamins provides a variety of long-term and seasonal employment opportunities, promoting career growth and personal development among its staff.

The Sales and Events Manager position at McMenamins Kalama Harbor Lodge is a critical, multifaceted role designed to oversee the complete spectrum of sales and event operations at the property. The role also involves reviewing contracts and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), analyzing weekly sales reports, providing performance reviews and training for the sales staff, and managing departmental expenditures. Knowledge and maintenance of the Opera booking system are vital components of this role. This position offers a competitive salary ranging between $36,000 and $45,600 annually, plus gratuities, and is salaried but non-exempt, requiring availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. As part of the McMenamins team, the Sales and Events Manager will enjoy a positive and fun work environment with opportunities for career advancement, supported by the company's belief in work-life balance and employee well-being.
