The establishment seamlessly combines a casual, chef-driven restaurant and sports bar with multiple pickleball courts that bring a fun and competitive edge to the venue. Professional instruction is available to enhance the pickleball experience, making it accessible to players of all skill levels. Beyond pickleball, Chicken N Pickle features an array of engaging yard games and expansive outdoor lounging spaces where guests can unwind, with options that accommodate those who wish to bring their dogs along. The venue is highly versatile, offering both indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for hosting public and private parties, corporate gatherings, and more.

Dedicated to community engagement and social connection, Chicken N Pickle holds an impressive schedule of events including live entertainment such as concerts, charitable fundraisers, watch parties, and various social gatherings that foster inclusion and fun. The environment is designed to be warm and welcoming, attracting people of all generations and lifestyles to partake in the joy of socializing and recreation. This family-oriented brand embraces a culture that values authenticity, connection, integrity, and quality, all aimed at building a multi-generational community that works hard and plays even harder.

As the Event Sales Manager at Chicken N Pickle, you will play a vital role in driving revenue through effective sales strategies and exceptional client relations. Your primary responsibility is to ensure an outstanding experience for customers booking events on the company’s properties. This involves meticulous attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the venue’s diverse offerings, services, and operational procedures. You will spearhead the growth of a reliable and high-performing sales team, cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, and monitor performance through targeted sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your role is central to expanding business opportunities by engaging in proactive outbound sales activities and networking within the community. You will conduct market research to devise innovative strategies aimed at generating new business, leveraging partnerships with local businesses, chambers of commerce, visitor bureaus, sports commissions, event planners, and other stakeholders. Negotiation and closing event sales require you to create compelling proposals, coordinate site tours, organize food tastings, and conduct meetings designed to upsell and maximize revenue.

The position demands a strategic mindset with an ability to forecast revenue accurately, analyze sales performance, and maintain detailed reporting through CRM systems. Customer relationship management is crucial, as is maintaining a sense of urgency and professionalism in handling leads and bookings. You will be the point of contact for key accounts during events, ensuring seamless communication between the sales, operations, and culinary teams to deliver on promises and exceed client expectations.

Chicken N Pickle is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work culture where every employee’s voice is valued. The company offers meaningful career growth opportunities through mentorship, supportive team environments, and a commitment to employee development.
