Job Requirements

  • Ability to meet minimum age requirements as per company and local regulations
  • availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lively environment with moderate noise levels
  • proficiency in reading and writing clear and concise notes and communications
  • ability to occasionally lift and carry items up to 30 pounds
  • comfortable standing and moving around for extended periods
  • capability to reach, bend, stoop, and perform light cleaning tasks to ensure event spaces are presentable
  • willingness to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in event sales or hospitality management
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • customer service oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • proficient in using event management software and Microsoft Office
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • capable of building and maintaining client relationships
  • knowledge of budget management and cost control

Job Duties

  • Craft extraordinary event experiences by understanding each client’s unique needs and suggesting the perfect combination of food, beverages, games, and entertainment
  • keep your direct supervisor informed about all event-related matters, potential challenges, and proactively propose solutions or alternative strategies
  • provide prompt and accurate service to event planners and guests, managing timelines, communicating essential details, and acting as their dedicated point of contact
  • greet potential event clients with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, showcasing our venue and exciting possibilities
  • actively listen to client requests, answer inquiries comprehensively, offer insightful recommendations based on event packages, and tailor solutions to exceed expectations
  • coordinate with various internal teams such as food & beverage, games, operations to ensure flawless event execution
  • ensure event clients and their guests have a fantastic experience from start to finish and proactively address any concerns
