Currently, AriensCo Hospitality Group invites dynamic and passionate individuals to join their team as Event Sales Managers. This role is crafted for someone enthusiastic about creating memorable events and nurturing strong client relationships. The Event Sales Manager will lead the sales and coordination efforts across diverse venues, overseeing everything from weddings and corporate functions to special occasions. This position not only demands strategic oversight but also active engagement in sales solicitation, event coordination, and community-focused event support.
The Event Sales Manager acts as a pivotal point of contact, advising clients on services tailored to their unique needs and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Beyond client interaction, the role involves sales forecasting, competitive analysis, pricing recommendations, and collaboration with management to refine policies and departmental strategies. Leadership within the team may also be part of this role, including directing other employees and participating in budgetary and strategic departmental planning.
Furthermore, the Event Sales Manager collaborates closely with third-party vendors, ensuring smooth coordination of venue logistics, staffing, catering, transportation, safety protocols, and technical setups such as audio-visual equipment. Budget monitoring and contract negotiation are also key responsibilities, requiring a combination of meticulous attention to detail and strong negotiation skills.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in related field
- Minimum of 5 years related experience with progressive responsibility
- Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong prioritization and organization skills
- Ability to perform detailed, complex tasks and hit deadlines
- Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles
- Ability to represent AriensCo appropriately and professionally with third parties and customers
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Job Duties
- Manage the planning, direction, and implementation of event sales for AriensCo properties and establishments
- Perform work associated with soliciting sales from current and prospective customers
- Oversee all sales for weddings, corporate events and special occasions
- Assist as needed to launch and support community-focused events at the venues
- Develop and maintain productive, long-term customer relationships
- Serve as single point of contact and advisor for existing customers, consulting on current services and determining individual customer needs
- Provide management with sales forecasts as well as insights regarding the impact of competition, promotional initiatives, and recommended pricing changes for services
- Use customer feedback to recommend modifications to services
- Advise and collaborate with management in developing processes, policies, and procedures regarding event sales
- May lead and direct the work of other employees
- Collaborate with management on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change
- Support the coordination of third-party vendors including venue, staffs, catering, transportation, safety and audio or visual equipment
- Monitor and control budget for events
- Negotiate all necessary sales contracts
