Job Requirements

  • Drive at least $2,000,000 in event sales annually
  • Anticipate client needs and prioritize effectively with minimal oversight
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet client demands

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years in a relevant professional role or equivalent education and experience within the events or related industry
  • Strong proficiency with modern business software and tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Natural ability to create and maintain strong relationships in a team-oriented environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in calculating discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
  • Capable of defining challenges, gathering data, and making informed decisions
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record

Job Duties

  • Develop and foster relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Engage with prospective clients including individuals, corporations, and associations for various events
  • Drive business growth by seeking new opportunities and building relationships with clients and venues
  • Collaborate closely with design and production teams to understand client goals and deliver customized proposals
  • Secure event contracts and retainer payments ensuring smooth handoffs to production teams
  • Provide stellar customer service as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process
  • Manage project timelines and keep clients updated on deadlines and payments
