The Event Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and planning various events from member social gatherings and golf events to corporate meetings and private banquets. The Event Sales Coordinator prepares and obtains signed contracts and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), meticulously communicates operational details to the banquet team, and collaborates closely with vendors and event specialists to ensure flawless event execution. This role requires a candidate with prior experience in event planning or venue-related work, ideally within a club or hospitality environment.
