This position focuses on providing administrative support, maintaining client records, managing logistics, and ensuring clear communication between clients, the sales team, vendors, and internal departments. The Event Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating the sales process from the initial inquiry through to event execution, supporting proposals, contracts, budgeting, and client interactions.
This full-time position demands exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Event Sales Coordinator also supports financial tracking, manages event inventories, and collaborates closely with food and beverage teams to ensure all event specifications are met. Additionally, the role requires proactive participation in sales and event meetings to provide regular updates and contribute to the continuous improvement of event operations.
Invited values professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence. Employees in this role are expected to engage in personal and professional growth, maintain relevant certifications, and adhere to company policies and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience in a customer-facing or sales support role within the hospitality or events industry, and possess strong communication and organizational capabilities. Preference will be given to those with college coursework in hospitality, marketing, or related fields, as well as a basic understanding of marketing strategies, Microsoft Office, and event management software.
In return, Invited offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off and leave programs. The company supports a healthy work-life balance through flexible scheduling and encourages employees to be a part of a supportive and engaging team culture.
