  • excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in microsoft office suite and event management software
  • strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure event success
  • ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary

Job Duties

  • develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their event needs and preferences
  • create and present event proposals that align with client requirements and budget
  • coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, catering, audiovisual needs, and venue selection
  • manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and signing
  • work closely with the event team to ensure seamless execution of events and high client satisfaction
  • conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay abreast of industry trends
