Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, sales support, or hospitality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event/project management tools
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances

- Conduct post-event follow-ups and client satisfaction assessments
