The company is a leader in delivering a fully integrated solution of premium services through a white-label approach, supporting its partners with expertise across feasibility and consulting, owner’s representation, sales, partnerships, hospitality, merchandise, venue management, and content and booking. Legends Global fosters a culture of respect, ambitious thinking, collaboration, and bold action, aiming to build an inclusive workplace where team members can be authentic, make meaningful impacts, and grow their careers. Winning is central to their ethos, achieved through unified teamwork and collective effort.
View Boston, a flagship destination managed by Legends Global, occupies the top three floors of the Prudential Tower and features immersive experiential exhibits, a bistro, an indoor/outdoor cocktail lounge, and a 360-degree outdoor viewing deck, providing breathtaking views and unique experiences for locals and visitors alike. This location is designed to be an essential starting point for anyone looking to explore Boston’s famed institutions and hidden treasures.
The Event Sales Associate role at View Boston reports directly to the Director of Events and plays a crucial role in supporting the Event Sales team by generating revenue and driving sales for events hosted at this iconic venue. The position involves assisting Event Sales Managers in coordinating private and special events, including corporate, social, and promotional occasions, to ensure smooth planning and flawless execution from start to finish. This includes handling administrative tasks related to booking, managing portions of the sales process such as proposal preparation and client communication, and coordinating internally with multiple departments such as catering, operations, IT/AV, food and beverage, and marketing.
This role offers comprehensive exposure to the event sales lifecycle and demands excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The associate also supports outreach and lead generation efforts, contributes to marketing campaigns, and maintains accurate documentation of sales activities and client interactions. Flexibility is required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client needs and event schedules.
The compensation package for this role is competitive, with a salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 plus commission potential, coupled with a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401k plan. The physical requirements are typical for roles involving multiple tasks that include sitting, standing, walking, and the ability to communicate effectively. Legends Global is committed to diversity and inclusion and encourages applications from underrepresented groups including women, minorities, individuals with disabilities, and protected veterans, underscoring their commitment as a VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
