Wild Dunes Resort features beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites, championship golf courses, fine dining options, and a wide range of recreational activities. The resort's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has made it a preferred destination for weddings, social events, corporate meetings, and leisure travel. Wild Dunes Resort fosters a culture of teamwork, professional growth, and outstanding guest service, making it an ideal place for those passionate about hospitality to thrive.

The Catering Sales Manager at Wild Dunes Resort plays a vital role in driving the resort’s banquet food and beverage revenue by focusing on the Wedding and Social markets. This full-time position is responsible for selling, planning, and servicing events from initial consultation through to execution, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences for clients and their guests. Working closely with the Director of Events and the Director of Sales, Marketing, and Events, the Catering Sales Manager secures meeting room rentals, develops customized menus, reviews contracts, and coordinates all catering services provided by the resort.

This role requires effective communication and collaboration with multiple departments to facilitate smooth event operations. The Catering Sales Manager acts as the main point of contact between clients and resort staff, managing client expectations and ensuring that all details of the event are executed flawlessly. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, hosting client entertainment, participating in event meetings, and prospecting new business opportunities to grow the resort’s event portfolio. The manager must have strong organizational skills and an eye for detail to handle the fast-paced environment of hospitality sales and event management.

With a strong emphasis on customer service, relationship building, and problem-solving, this position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to advance their careers in event sales and catering within the hospitality industry. Wild Dunes Resort also offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K with company match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and employee stock purchase plans. Candidates who are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and possess prior hotel sales or event planning experience will find this position rewarding and dynamic. If you are passionate about creating extraordinary events and delivering exceptional experiences, Wild Dunes Resort invites you to join their dedicated team as a Catering Sales Manager.
