Job Description

The Portland Art Museum, internationally recognized for its permanent collection and ambitious special exhibitions, is seeking an Event Sales Administrator to support the events sales team administratively. This role involves client invoicing, payments, certificates of insurance, booking internal events, and maintaining communication between vendors, clients, and the Museum's accounting department. The position reports directly to the Associate Director of Events.
