  • Copywriting experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Research, communicate with and collect information from hotels and venues
  • Translate research into clear and organized information grids
  • Proof final documents to ensure materials are accurate and comprehensive of necessary information
  • Develop and write copy for proposals to include information about destinations, gifting, activities, and the holistic attendee experience
  • Input information into CRM database on consistent basis
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of specific client's brands
  • Understand and stay up to date on current industry trends
  • Provide daily support for business development
  • Perform administrative tasks such as note taking, proofreading, file organization
  • Attend and take active role in weekly team meetings
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions
