The Event Producer role is integral to the success of their projects, requiring a dynamic individual capable of overseeing event planning and execution from concept to completion. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or industry equivalent experience
  • 3-7 years of event planning, production, hospitality, or related experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to work extended hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to travel for destination events
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
  • Own a laptop and mobile phone
  • Must be adaptable and maintain composure under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or industry equivalent experience preferred
  • Preferred 3-7 years of event planning, production, hospitality, or related experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and executing successful events with increasing levels of ownership
  • Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Creative thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong planning and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Must be able and willing to work extended hours including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able and willing to travel for destination events

Job Duties

  • Support the successful planning and execution of assigned projects, ensuring event goals and objectives are met
  • Participate in client communications and meetings throughout the planning process, building strong relationships
  • Develop and maintain project plans, event specification guides, timelines, and planning documents
  • Assist with the development, tracking, and reconciliation of event budgets
  • Source vendors, obtain proposals, and support vendor communications
  • Assist in identifying event staffing needs and support onsite event team coordination
  • Serve in a key onsite production role supporting event setup, execution, vendor management, attendee experience, and problem-solving
  • Support the development of event concepts and proposals through research and budget development
  • Work collaboratively with production leadership and supporting team members
  • Contribute ideas and creative solutions during brainstorming sessions and proposal development
