The Event Producer role at Innovate Marketing Group is a full-time, hybrid position, offering a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 per year. This position is pivotal in transforming creative ideas into extraordinary live and experiential events that align perfectly with client visions and brand strategies. The Event Producer will manage all facets of event production—from concept development and detailed planning through to seamless on-site execution and post-event evaluation. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and embraces both the creative and logistical challenges of event production.

As an Event Producer, you will lead the end-to-end production of diverse events and brand activations, coordinating closely with internal teams, creative collaborators, vendors, and clients. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets and timelines, sourcing and negotiating with vendors, overseeing logistics like permits and shipping, and troubleshooting live event challenges. Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense are crucial, as you ensure each element of the event looks polished, feels intentional, and contributes to a compelling experiential narrative.

The ideal candidate brings 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in events or experiential marketing, excels in managing complex projects, and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing communications event management or related field preferred
  • 3 to 7 years of professional experience in event production or experiential marketing
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and complex vendor relationships
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong creative and operational problem solving skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally including evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency with event planning and project management software

Job Qualifications

  • 3 to 7 years of experience producing events brand activations or experiential marketing programs
  • Experience managing budgets vendors and complex logistics
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed for projects including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Monday.com Dropbox project management platforms and event planning software
  • Agency experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead end to end production of events and experiential activations from kickoff to post event wrap
  • Translate creative concepts and client objectives into detailed production plans and timelines
  • Manage budgets track costs and ensure projects stay on scope and on budget
  • Source negotiate and manage vendors including venues fabricators AV catering talent and staffing
  • Create and maintain production schedules run of show documents and onsite plans
  • Oversee logistics such as permits insurance shipping load in and load out
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams clients and partners during production
  • Travel as needed to attend site visits rehearsals and live events
  • Lead onsite execution troubleshooting in real time and ensuring a high level of quality and professionalism
  • Conduct post event recaps and evaluations capturing learnings and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop new ideas to help grow accounts
