Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Required to work all New England Patriots home games
- Assist with game day operations and fan engagement at a minimum of four (4) New England Revolution home games per year
- Work a minimum of three (3) days during Patriots Training Camp annually, supporting fan experiences and team activations
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, PR, or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage fans of all ages in a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Support event presentation at New England Patriots home games, training camp, and draft events
- Run flags on the field during team introductions and after touchdowns at New England Patriots games
- Help facilitate on-field pregame ceremonies, preparation, and setup at New England Patriots games
- Assist with postgame breakdown and cleanup at New England Patriots games
- Support Street Team events throughout the year
- Complete special projects and assignments as business dictates
