Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of proven experience in event planning or coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- Identify and understand client requirements and expectations for various events
- Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders throughout the planning process to ensure all aspects are meticulously organized
- Oversee all event logistics including set-up, tear down, and follow-up procedures to ensure every detail is handled professionally
- Maintain and track event budgets to ensure financial responsibility and transparency
- Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers to enhance each event's success
- Conduct thorough final inspections on the event day to ensure everything meets the client's standards and expectations
- Evaluate the overall success of each event and provide insightful feedback for continuous improvement
