The Trade Show & Event Manager will oversee various types of events including internal meetings, client-facing activations, and strategic conferences categorized as Tier 1 and Tier 2, which are essential to the company’s outreach and engagement strategies.
This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to guarantee flawless event delivery and alignment with organizational goals. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, communications, and executive teams to define event objectives, success metrics, and ensure seamless communication and logistics management. The Trade Show & Event Manager will also be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with third-party vendors such as venues, production teams, and creative partners to provide high-quality attendee experiences.
In addition to event management, the role may include managing direct reports, driving team-wide initiatives aimed at operational efficiency and innovation, and maintaining thorough documentation and reporting for all assigned projects including budgets, timelines, and reconciliations. The position requires travel up to 50 percent, primarily within the US and EMEA, with possible additional global travel depending on event locations and requirements.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- Willingness to travel 50% primarily in the US and EMEA and additional global travel as needed

Job Duties
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events including internal meetings client-facing activations and strategic conferences
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets to ensure flawless delivery and alignment with organizational goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing sales communications and executive stakeholders to define event objectives and success metrics
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned events managing logistics communications and stakeholder expectations
- Source negotiate and manage third-party vendors including venues production teams and creative partners as needed
- Ensure all events reflect brand integrity meet compliance standards and deliver a high-quality attendee experience
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation and reporting for all assigned projects including budgets timelines and final reconciliations
- Be a champion of team-wide initiatives to enhance operational efficiency innovation and service excellence
