Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience
  • Travel 50% primarily in the US and EMEA and additional global travel as needed

  • Skilled in translating business goals into actionable event strategies and deliverables
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners
  • Clear professional and proactive communicator with strong presentation and writing skills
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented with the ability to navigate challenges and adapt quickly
  • Committed to delivering high-quality experiences that exceed stakeholder expectations
  • Meticulous in planning documentation and execution to ensure excellence in every aspect of event delivery

Job Duties

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events including internal meetings client-facing activations and strategic conferences
  • Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets to ensure flawless delivery and alignment with organizational goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing sales communications and executive stakeholders to define event objectives and success metrics
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned events managing logistics communications and stakeholder expectations
  • Source negotiate and manage third-party vendors including venues production teams and creative partners as needed
  • Ensure all events reflect brand integrity meet compliance standards and deliver a high-quality attendee experience
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation and reporting for all assigned projects including budgets timelines and final reconciliations
