Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience
  • bachelor‘s degree or related experience
  • travel 50 percent primarily in the US and EMEA and additional global travel as needed

Job Duties

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events including internal meetings client-facing activations and strategic conferences
  • develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets to ensure flawless delivery and alignment with organizational goals
  • collaborate cross-functionally with marketing sales communications and executive stakeholders to define event objectives and success metrics
  • serve as the primary point of contact for assigned events managing logistics communications and stakeholder expectations
  • source negotiate and manage third-party vendors including venues production teams and creative partners as needed
  • ensure all events reflect brand integrity meet compliance standards and deliver a high-quality attendee experience
  • maintain timely and accurate documentation and reporting for all assigned projects including budgets timelines and final reconciliations
  • be a champion of team-wide initiatives to enhance operational efficiency innovation and service excellence
