Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in hotel event sales or event planning
- Proficiency with computer and event management software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- 1-3 years of hotel event sales or event planning experience preferred
- Proficient in general computer knowledge
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Prefer two years of hotel experience or completed Event Management trainee program
- Preferred completion of PSS or equivalent training
Job Duties
- Administer sales agreements
- Coordinate food, beverage, and audiovisual needs
- Manage room blocks and client pickups
- Handle billing instructions and final reviews
- Serve as on-site contact for event execution
- Liaise between meeting planners and hotel staff
- Ensure seamless event operations
