Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field
  • Prior experience in event planning or hotel sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office

  • Experience in event planning or hospitality management

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Administer sales agreements
  • Detail all food, beverage, and audio/visual needs
  • Manage room blocks and pickup
  • Oversee billing instructions and final review
  • Act as onsite contact for event execution
  • Coordinate with meeting planners and hotel staff
  • Ensure smooth execution of all events
