Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience
- At least 1 year of food and beverage experience
- Proficiency in negotiation and contract interpretation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively under pressure
- Experience with Hospitality Sales CRM systems
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
- 1 year food and beverage experience
- Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
- Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
- Present a professional appearance and confidence
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM systems
Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of events from planning to execution
- Act as liaison between customers and hotel sales staff
- Provide supervision during meeting and banquet functions
- Be available during events to solve problems and suggest alternatives
- Manage logistics of group room blocks, food and beverage services, and public meeting spaces
- Oversee billing processes related to events
- Serve group and catering customers proactively
