Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning with complex events
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Experience using event management software like Cvent and Momentus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Willingness to work in-office five days per week at the Beaverton, Oregon client site

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning, particularly with complex events
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in team development
  • Proficiency with event technologies such as Cvent and Momentus
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor a talented team of event planners
  • Oversee the entire event planning process from concept to execution
  • Develop clear procedures and standards to ensure consistency
  • Evaluate workflows and implement innovative methods to streamline operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing guidance and support
  • Ensure client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding expectations
