It is renowned for its luxurious accommodations, extensive meeting and event spaces, and a wide range of amenities designed to cater to both business and leisure travelers. Marriott International prides itself on fostering a workplace culture that values diversity, inclusion, and the holistic well-being of its associates, creating an environment where employees can thrive both professionally and personally.
The position of Administrative Associate at the Orlando World Center Marriott is a full-time, non-management role centered around essential administrative duties that support the smooth operation of the hotel. Handling standard office equipment beyond computers, preparing professional correspondence and documents using various software applications, and organizing both digital and physical filing systems are crucial aspects of this role.
In addition to administrative responsibilities, the role demands excellent interpersonal skills to welcome and assist guests in alignment with Marriott’s high service standards, including anticipating guest needs and accommodating individuals with disabilities. Maintaining the confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets is paramount. The Administrative Associate must engage professionally with team members, fostering positive relationships to achieve common goals while adhering to company policies, personal appearance standards, and safety guidelines.
Marriott International champions equal employment opportunities and celebrates the diverse backgrounds of its associates, actively promoting a non-discriminatory work environment. The company encourages prospective employees to join its mission of delivering "Wonderful Hospitality. Always." This commitment extends from guest services to associate well-being, with JW Marriott, part of Marriott’s luxury portfolio, especially emphasizing an innovative, supportive, and enriching work experience. Working at JW Marriott means being part of a global community dedicated to exceptional service, professional growth, and the preservation of a legacy inspired by the company founder, J. Willard Marriott.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a prestigious hospitality brand in a collaborative environment where individual growth is nurtured, and the pursuit of passion in a luxury setting is encouraged.
