- At least one year of relevant work experience
- Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to work full-time shifts

Job Duties
- Meet with event coordinators or group hosts before receptions to review plans
- Perform introductions and ensure all event preparations are agreed upon
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine event organization
- Monitor and follow up on special banquet event preparations to ensure compliance
- Comply with company safety policies and report any issues or hazards
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of company information
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and communicate clearly and professionally
