Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand for 6 to 8 hour shifts
- Experience working with event planners preferred
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator or host prior to functions to discuss and confirm arrangements
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine setup requirements
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements and follow up to ensure compliance
- Follow company safety and security policies and complete required training
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and address service needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members, including answering telephones with proper etiquette
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying objects up to 25 pounds
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
