Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems
- Experience analyzing information and standard practices
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Job Duties
- Manage all amenity spaces and programming offerings from contract booking to execution
- Coordinate and lead the team's daily activities including scheduling and mentoring
- Enforce CBRE RISE hospitality standards and deliver best-in-class client service
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships and negotiate conflict resolutions
- Develop vendor partnerships and handle contract negotiations
- Oversee third-party vendor programs and ensure accurate billing
- Drive amenity usage and retail activation through community event coordination and signage
