Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems
  • Experience analyzing information and standard practices
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in event planning or tenant engagement programs

Job Duties

  • Manage all amenity spaces and programming offerings from contract booking to execution
  • Coordinate and lead the team's daily activities including scheduling and mentoring
  • Enforce CBRE RISE hospitality standards and deliver best-in-class client service
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships and negotiate conflict resolutions
  • Develop vendor partnerships and handle contract negotiations
  • Oversee third-party vendor programs and ensure accurate billing
  • Drive amenity usage and retail activation through community event coordination and signage
