Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of hands-on event management experience including virtual events
- Proficiency with virtual event platforms such as Zoom and Webex
- Proven experience managing events involving C-level stakeholders and clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reside local to Irving, TX
- Able to work in a hybrid role
- Willingness to travel domestically about 30% of the time

Job Duties
- Lead end-to-end execution of virtual events including registration, stakeholder coordination, and live delivery
- Manage logistics for in-person conferences including venue, catering, audiovisual, vendors, and on-site execution
- Collaborate with internal teams and senior stakeholders to ensure flawless event delivery
- Train teams on event technologies and best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance audience engagement
- Support multiple events and projects with strong attention to detail
