Job Description

Texas Capital is a prominent regional bank headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with additional offices located in Austin, Fort Worth, Houston, Richardson, Plano, and San Antonio. Recognized for its commitment to client success and personalized banking services, Texas Capital stands out among financial institutions by combining the expertise and resources of large national banks with the intimate, attentive approach typically seen in community banks. The bank has been acknowledged on multiple platforms for its excellence in operations and workplace culture, having been named Best Regional Bank in 2024 by Bankrate, a Top Workplace in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex by The Dallas Morning News in 2023, and earning a spot on GoBankingRate's list of Best Regional Banks in 2023. Texas Capital’s mission centers on steadily building long-lasting client relationships by deeply understanding the needs and goals of its business clients and delivering tailored financial products and services that facilitate both immediate achievements and sustained growth. Colleagues at Texas Capital enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, wellness programs, fertility and family-building support, life and disability insurance, robust retirement savings plans with a generous 401(k) match, paid leave programs, holidays, and paid time off (PTO).

The role at Texas Capital focuses on the strategic development and execution of high-profile corporate events, sponsorship activations, and client hospitality programs that enhance brand awareness and contribute directly to pipeline growth and the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). A key part of the role is maintaining brand consistency and delivering exceptional event experiences across all touchpoints. Post-event evaluation and data analysis are essential, allowing insights to be generated that fuel continuous improvement in strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will also have strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with vendors, an analytical mindset to assess event ROI effectively, and a high level of energy and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position often requires frequent travel to event sites and the ability to manage multiple priorities amid changing circumstances. Texas Capital values a proactive communicator who can clearly report strategies and progress to various stakeholders while identifying opportunities to expand company visibility and deepen networking with priority customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected financial institution dedicated to innovation, client partnership, and excellence in event marketing within the competitive banking sector.
