Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management event planning or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in event planning or hospitality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and late evenings
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event planning or hospitality management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with budget management
  • Familiarity with audio-visual equipment and virtual event platforms such as Zoom
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and oversee client meetings and banker-led events ensuring all details are meticulously planned and executed
  • Establish and maintain service protocols to deliver an exceptional client experience addressing guest needs proactively
  • Build relationships with catering vendors and property management teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage administrative tasks such as processing invoices scheduling maintenance ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Monitor and manage event budgets ensuring all expenses align with financial guidelines
  • Conduct annual surveys to assess client satisfaction and implement solutions based on feedback
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed by the manager and Private Bank team
  • Supervise the use of audio-visual systems including platforms like Zoom for events
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure the Client Center reflects a first-class experience
  • Provide flexible support for early morning or late evening functions as required
