Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent some college education is preferred
  • Previous experience in parking management customer service or a related field is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with event attendees
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with composure
  • Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays based on event schedules
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Physical stamina to stand walk and work outdoors for extended periods
  • Demonstrated reliability punctuality and a strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Efficiently direct and guide vehicles to designated parking areas ensuring a smooth flow of traffic
  • Collect parking fees and issue appropriate tickets or receipts to event attendees
  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service by assisting attendees with parking-related inquiries and directing them to available parking spaces
  • Monitor parking areas to enforce parking regulations and prevent unauthorized parking or misuse of parking spaces
  • Communicate and collaborate with event staff and security personnel to maintain a safe and organized parking environment
  • Assist with managing traffic congestion during peak periods and coordinate with local law enforcement if necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of parking transactions and complete required paperwork or reports as needed
  • Adhere to company policies procedures and guidelines to uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service
