Job Description

Crowe LLP is a leading public accounting, consulting, and technology firm in the United States with a rich history spanning over 80 years. Known for delivering exceptional client service, Crowe leverages deep industry expertise to provide audit, tax, advisory, risk, and performance services to a wide range of public and private entities. As an independent member of Crowe Global, one of the largest global accounting networks, Crowe serves clients in more than 130 countries through an extensive network of over 200 independent firms. Recognized as one of the country’s best places to work, Crowe is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment where employees receive career growth opportunities, equitable access to leadership roles, and support in nurturing their talents.

The Events Operations Senior Associate role is an integral position within Crowe’s Marketing team, specifically the Strategic Growth Office. This full-time position offers a dynamic career opportunity where the successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating and administering off-site meetings and events. This role acts as the project manager for these events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with Crowe’s high standards of client service excellence. The Senior Associate will collaborate closely with key stakeholders including the Meeting and Event Service Leader, Meeting Support Services Lead, and Marketing Event Lead to coordinate and execute diverse event formats, incorporating both in-person and digital technologies.

The position emphasizes service level agreement adherence, providing oversight, preparation, and final review of event deliverables, ensuring every element meets Crowe’s established standards. A broad range of project activities will be managed—from the creation and refinement of event materials to detailed editing, formatting, proofing, and mapping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other specialized event management software is essential to maintain operational standards and streamline processes.

The role also includes responsibilities for on-site presence at select events and requires travel to various locations. It involves complex logistical planning including scheduling, shipping, vendor communication, and managing onsite event activities. The Senior Associate will support sustainable practices and ensure events accommodate cultural, religious diversity, and dietary requirements in alignment with Crowe’s environmental stewardship goals.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication, project coordination, and process management skills. The successful candidate will bring thought leadership and innovative ideas to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional event experiences that reinforce Crowe’s reputation for excellence.

Compensation for this role ranges from $63,700 to $133,400 annually, reflecting factors such as experience, skills, certifications, and location. Crowe remains committed to ethical hiring practices and offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including meaningful opportunities for professional development and career coaching within a supportive, inclusive culture.
