The Warehouse Event Operations Supervisor role at Aramark is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing and directing all warehouse and event-day operations. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating event staff before, during, and after events, ensuring timelines and procedures are adhered to, and continuously monitoring employee performance to provide coaching and guidance. Additionally, the supervisor is tasked with managing inventory control, monitoring equipment use, and preparing detailed event reports and documentation. Effective communication with venue partners, clients, and internal management teams is essential to align operational activities with client expectations and company policies.

This position requires flexibility in working hours, often including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the dynamic demands of event operations. Physical stamina is necessary due to the role’s requirements to stand, walk, lift, bend, push, and pull, ensuring the supervisor can actively participate in event activities as needed. The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to uniform policies are mandatory to uphold workplace safety standards.
