The Operations Supervisor role is pivotal in leading floor operations with a strong focus on customer service, staff leadership, and technical team management. This position is responsible for organizing daily floor activities, ensuring equipment setup, workflow coordination, and operational efficiencies. The Operations Supervisor will be instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, addressing client needs on-site, and fostering positive client relationships through effective communication. This role also involves training and developing technical staff, serving as a mentor, and reinforcing Encore's service and operational standards. Additionally, the Operations Supervisor handles intermediate audiovisual equipment setup, technological troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and security.

The role requires a depth of technical expertise alongside leadership capabilities as the supervisor directly leads and coordinates the workflow of technicians during events. The candidate must be proactive in finding operational improvements and participate actively in event planning and venue meetings to support efficient event execution.
