Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma
- experience with events and setting up and tearing down event equipment
- ability to provide proof of work authorization in the U.S. and proof of identity
- successful completion of background check is required
Job Duties
- assemble and dismantle event tables chairs and other items according to the event work orders
- transport install and maintain event equipment ensuring all tools and materials are properly handled
- assist in the coordination of deliveries placements and movement of event-related equipment
- help manage attendee flow providing guidance and assistance to ensure a smooth and safe event experience
- operate and troubleshoot audio-visual and other technical equipment as needed during the event
- address and resolve any issues that arise during the event to ensure everything runs smoothly
- ensure all safety regulations and protocols are followed including proper handling of heavy items and emergency procedures
