Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma
  • experience with events and setting up and tearing down event equipment
  • ability to provide proof of work authorization in the U.S. and proof of identity
  • successful completion of background check is required

Job Duties

  • assemble and dismantle event tables chairs and other items according to the event work orders
  • transport install and maintain event equipment ensuring all tools and materials are properly handled
  • assist in the coordination of deliveries placements and movement of event-related equipment
  • help manage attendee flow providing guidance and assistance to ensure a smooth and safe event experience
  • operate and troubleshoot audio-visual and other technical equipment as needed during the event
  • address and resolve any issues that arise during the event to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • ensure all safety regulations and protocols are followed including proper handling of heavy items and emergency procedures
