The Live Event Project Manager position at DO & CO is a pivotal role designed for a seasoned professional ready to embrace the demanding yet thrilling world of high-profile event management. This role focuses on delivering premium hospitality services within the elite Formula 1 Paddock Club and managing the execution of exclusive special projects. The successful candidate will oversee every facet of live event production from concept through execution, requiring a mastery in global logistics, spatial planning, and collaboration across multiple suppliers and internal teams.

This role is not for the faint-hearted but offers an unrivaled opportunity to operate at the confluence of luxury hospitality and international sports. It involves orchestrating global event activations and ensuring that each live event not only meets but exceeds client expectations. Responsibilities include strategic deployment of event assets to diverse venues, managing complex builds, leading on-site event management under pressure, and fostering key alliances with F1 operations and creative teams. Fluent English communication skills are mandatory, with additional languages viewed as a strong advantage. Job Requirements

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in event management or hospitality
  • minimum 3 years of experience in live event project management
  • strong project coordination skills
  • ability to work under pressure and adapt in fast-paced environments
  • excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • willingness to travel internationally frequently
  • fluent English communication
