Job Requirements

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in event management or hospitality
  • minimum 3 years of experience in live event project management
  • strong project coordination skills
  • ability to work under pressure and adapt in fast-paced environments
  • excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • willingness to travel internationally frequently
  • fluent English communication
  • proactive and hands-on approach

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event production or project coordination
  • strong knowledge of spatial planning and temporary event structures
  • ability to manage multiple suppliers and strict timelines
  • excellent communication skills under pressure
  • fluent English proficiency
  • readiness for extensive international travel
  • organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • familiarity with AutoCAD is beneficial

  • Mastering global logistics
  • engineering experiences from space design through build and breakdown
  • commanding collaboration with diverse supplier networks and internal teams
  • executing under pressure during live events
  • forging alliances with F1 operations and creative stakeholders
