Job Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in event management or hospitality
- minimum 3 years of experience in live event project management
- strong project coordination skills
- ability to work under pressure and adapt in fast-paced environments
- excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- willingness to travel internationally frequently
- fluent English communication
- proactive and hands-on approach
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in event production or project coordination
- strong knowledge of spatial planning and temporary event structures
- ability to manage multiple suppliers and strict timelines
- excellent communication skills under pressure
- fluent English proficiency
- readiness for extensive international travel
- organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- familiarity with AutoCAD is beneficial
