Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Maintain future work schedules by assigning appropriately trained personnel
  • implement and improve detailed tracking of staff training and certifications
  • develop and implement staffing plans for emergency operations and workforce growth
  • oversee event staff effectiveness to meet vendor and client expectations
  • develop and implement quality assurance programs
  • provide expert advice for resolving operational shortcomings
  • collaborate in recruitment, interviewing, selection, and training of new employees
  • participate in performance appraisals and disciplinary processes
  • establish and maintain onsite inventory of critical event supplies
  • independently assign personnel to work schedules matching competencies
  • manage direct reports including work assignments and career development plans
  • allot open work shifts to maximize staff utilization
  • submit procurement orders
  • recommend productivity and cost reduction strategies
  • act as backup for scheduling and managing event schedules
  • enforce company policies on timekeeping and breaks
  • conduct disciplinary and counseling sessions with staff
  • initiate termination procedures and complete required documentation
  • maintain high employee morale and low turnover through effective communication and problem resolution
  • ensure smooth operation by enforcing event-specific policies and staff training
