The role of an Event Operations Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment is far from ordinary—it’s a thrilling career opportunity for individuals passionate about orchestrating memorable events in a vibrant, fast-paced entertainment environment. This position is central to ensuring that every event hosted within the centers exceeds guest expectations by delivering flawless execution and exceptional guest service. The Event Operations Manager leads a team of Event Hosts, who are responsible for creating lively, engaging atmospheres that keep guests returning. Reporting directly to the center’s General Manager, this role demands a balanced mix of leadership, operational expertise, and interpersonal acumen.
In this position, you will be the cornerstone of event success, overseeing the preparation and execution of special events while managing the event host team to maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Collaboration with sales and operations personnel is critical to crafting seamless event experiences—encouraging repeat bookings and fostering long-term customer loyalty. The Event Operations Manager also acts as the personal liaison to clients, ensuring their plans translate into reality and their guests’ needs are not just met, but exceeded. This client-facing responsibility requires a proactive, guest-focused mindset, emphasizing continuous feedback assessment and operational improvement based on detailed event reporting.
A key aspect of this role involves strategic staffing and scheduling, using client database forecasts to ensure adequate event host availability at peak times, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours. The position demands flexibility and a willingness to adapt to varying shifts because entertainment events often take place outside traditional working hours. The ability to counsel, motivate, and discipline staff in accordance with HR policies further highlights the managerial and people skills essential for success in this role. Lucky Strike Entertainment values individuals who bring not only proven leadership experience but also creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality and event management.
Compensation for the Event Operations Manager ranges from $28.00 to $30.00 per hour, supplemented by performance-based incentives. The company offers a competitive total rewards package including comprehensive healthcare coverage and a variety of benefits designed to support employees' well-being and career growth. This position suits professionals looking to combine their love of event planning with the lively, entertaining atmosphere that defines Lucky Strike’s unique brand.
