The position available is for an Event Operations Manager, a pivotal role within the company that blends event management expertise with leadership capabilities. This role involves managing a dedicated team of Event Hosts, ensuring every event held is seamless, engaging, and memorable for clients and their guests. Reporting directly to the center’s General Manager, the Event Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of event logistics—from setup and staff scheduling to client interaction and post-event reporting. The Event Operations Manager’s responsibilities encompass collaborating with sales and operations teams to deliver a flawless event experience that encourages repeat business. They serve as the primary contact for event clients, working diligently to exceed guest expectations through attentive service and proactive issue resolution. Managing the workforce is a crucial aspect of this role, requiring the forecasting of event attendance and appropriate scheduling of event staff to maintain high service standards. The role demands flexibility, as the manager will work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours to meet the needs of the center’s event schedule.
Compensation for this position ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, supplemented by commissions on extension sales and lane reservation extensions, as well as eligibility for a quarterly incentive bonus based on group and lane Net Promoter Scores (NPS), which can amount to $1500.
