Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- minimum 2 years banquet captain experience
- at least 1 year management experience
- knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality industry
- experience in event planning and execution
- proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software preferred
- knowledge of POS register systems
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Host special events
- manage a team of event hosts
- oversee setup of event areas
- collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless event experience
- build personal connections with event clients
- promote guest-focused hosting
- complete event reporting and analyze guest feedback
- forecast event needs and schedule staff
- counsel and discipline staff according to HR policies
- work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
