Reporting directly to the center’s General Manager, the Event Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that every event organized under the Lucky Strike banner is executed flawlessly, leaving guests delighted and eager to return.

The Event Operations Manager is the linchpin in delivering memorable parties, special events, and corporate functions. This role requires someone with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to connect personally with clients and guests alike. Event Operations Managers are the hosts who bring parties to life, manage every detail from setup to execution, and ensure a seamless experience by collaborating closely with sales and operations teams. They foster a guest-focused culture among their teams, continuously improving event quality by utilizing guest feedback and performance reports.

In addition to managing events, this position involves forecasting and scheduling event staff based on bookings, utilizing client databases effectively, and maintaining consistent, high standards for service. Flexibility is key; the job demands availability for various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays to meet the needs of the entertainment center. The pay range is competitive, starting from $25 per hour up to $30 per hour plus commission, alongside performance-based incentives and a comprehensive total rewards package that includes healthcare coverage and additional benefits. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year or more of management experience
  • 2 or more years as banquet captain
  • knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality industry
  • broad knowledge of experience in event planning and execution
  • proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software preferred
  • knowledge of POS register systems
