Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in events, marketing, or operations
  • familiarity with event technology platforms like Cvent is a plus
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • familiarity with Cvent or similar event platforms is a plus

Job Duties

  • support the experiential marketing team with event technology and onsite event operations
  • manage registrant email campaigns
  • handle push notification management
  • administer audience engagement tools such as Q&A and polling
  • create and deploy surveys
  • manage registration processes
  • setup and maintain mobile event app
  • administer speaker and exhibitor resource centers
  • perform reporting and data analysis
  • manage inbound email inbox
  • provide onsite registration desk support
  • coordinate 'event in a box' system and materials
  • support senior marketing manager in external marketing efforts
  • provide general administrative support
