Job Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in event marketing, corporate events, or field marketing
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of organization with the ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the big picture
  • Ability to travel within the United States up to 50%

Job Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in event marketing, corporate events, or field marketing (B2B experience preferred)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to pitch sponsorship opportunities to senior leadership
  • High degree of organization with the ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the big picture
  • Ability to travel within the United States when needed, up to 50%
  • Experience working with event management companies (Cvent, Freeman, GES and others) is a plus
  • Experience working with project management tools (Asana) is a plus
  • Experience navigating and working within CRM tools (HubSpot) is a plus

Job Duties

  • Research potential tradeshows over a variety of segments, including attending discovery meetings, requesting quotes and pulling together contracts
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive event marketing calendar that aligns with company-wide sales and brand objectives
  • Lead all aspects of event logistics, including vendor management, ordering, shipping/drayage, and on-site setup and takedown
  • Partner with the marketing operations team to create multi-channel promotional campaigns (email, social media, paid ads) to drive registration and attendance
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including Cost Per Lead (CPL), attendee engagement, and attributed revenue, to prove ROI
  • Work closely with the Sales/SDR teams to ensure seamless lead hand-off and timely post-event follow-up
