Job Requirements
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Attention to detail and punctuality
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers
- High energy level with the ability to stand for extended periods
- Must have a smartphone for timekeeping and lead submission
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event marketing or sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Proficient with smartphone technology
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Ability to follow instructions and meet lead generation targets
Job Duties
- Engage potential customers with high-energy and positive product demonstrations
- Work independently while maintaining regular communication with manager
- Collect and record show leads for award-winning products
- Assist in event setup and teardown including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Exceed lead generation targets at various trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events
- Utilize a proven system to generate qualified leads
- Represent Leaf Home professionally at all assigned events
