The position of Event Marketing Specialist at Leaf Home invites outgoing, energetic individuals to become part of the best event marketing team in North America. This is a part-time role where you will actively engage with potential customers at various trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events, primarily aimed at lead generation to support your local office. Reporting to the Event Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in communicating the value of Leaf Home's innovative solutions through enthusiastic and positive product demonstrations. Your efforts will directly contribute to exceeding lead targets, driving company growth and customer engagement.

The Event Marketing Specialist role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong desire to educate and inform customers about the product line, combining enthusiasm with professionalism. The job demands a high level of energy as you will be standing for extended periods and actively engaging attendees in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include setting up and tearing down event materials, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as well as collecting and recording lead information through a proven lead generation system. Communication with your manager must be consistent to ensure alignment and maximize event success.

This role offers flexibility with weekend work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, making it ideal for candidates who seek part-time hours with a rewarding and engaging work experience. The compensation structure starts at $18 per hour with additional commission incentives linked to performance at events.
