The Event Marketing Specialist role at Erie Home is designed for an energetic and motivated individual eager to engage with potential customers at various promotional events, such as trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community gatherings. This position plays a vital role in generating quality leads for the local office and driving business growth. The specialist will be responsible for conducting high-energy customer interactions and product demonstrations to educate and inspire interest in Erie Home's award-winning roofing products. Working independently while maintaining communication with the Event Marketing Manager, the specialist will track progress and manage lead data efficiently. This role also involves assisting with the physical setup and teardown of event spaces, which includes the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $18 per hour plus commission, paid weekly. Job Requirements
- Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and high punctuality
- Self-motivated with a passion for educating customers about our product range
- High energy with the ability to stand for extended periods at events
- Capable of using our proven system to generate leads for our growing company
- Smartphone is required to utilize the company timekeeping application and submit leads
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer engagement or event marketing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage and input data accurately
- Comfortable standing for extended periods at events
Job Duties
